Taldom (russian: Та́лдом) is a town in Moscow Oblast, Russia, located north of Moscow, on a suburban railway connecting Moscow to Savyolovo. The classification system of inhabited localities in Russia and some other post-Soviet states has certain peculiarities compared with those in other countries.
