Zamzam Abdi Adan
Zamzam Abdi Aden ( so, Zamzam Cabdi Aadan) is a Somali politician, who served as the Minister of Education and Science of Somaliland from July 2010 to February 2015, becoming the first female minister to hold this position. In February 2015, after a cabinet reshuffle she was appointed as Minister of Finance where she served until the end of Silanyo's administration. She was one of four ministers who served throughout Silanyo's administration from 2010 to 2017, along Saad Ali Shire, Mohamoud Hashi Abdi and Khalil Abdillahi Ahmed. Zamzam Ibrahim is a student politician who was the President of the UK National Union of Students (NUS) in 2019–2020. She is also the President and a founding trustee of Students Organising for Sustainability. She succeeded Shakira Martin. She was formerly the NUS Vice President of Society & Citizenship. This followed her term as Salford Students' Union President 2017-2018 and Vice-President of Business and Law 2015–2016. Before she was a full-time officer at NUS, she served on the National Executive Committee for two years. She is now the Vice-President of the European students union. Zamzam Mohamed Farah (born 19 March 1991) is a Somali female athlete from Mogadishu who competes in the Women's 400m. She was one of only two Somali athletes at the 2012 Summer Olympics.
