Zakhar May (Zak May; russian: Захар Май) (born June 25, 1969) is a modern Ukrainian musician, author of such hits as "Nahui", "Nashi Tanki" and "Russo Matroso", a participant in festivals "Nashestvie 2002" (Нашествие 2002), "Krylya 2003" (Крылья 2003) and others. Biography Zahar Borisovich May was born in Kharkiv, USSR, Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic in 1969. He wrote his first song "Holodilnik pust" ("Empty refrigerator") in 1987, during freshman year in the University of Tartu. In 1988 his family moved to United States where continued to make music and worked as a programmer. Three of his albums "... i nikogo drugogo" (1995), "Zavtrak na trave" (2000) and "Zolotoy pizdy volos" (2002) were recorded in United States. Shiva (band)
Shiva was a British band consisting of Louise Dean, Gino Piscitelli and Paul Ross. Formed in Huddersfield as Shine, the band changed their name to Shiva prior to the release of their debut single "Work It Out" in 1995. That single reached number 36 on the UK singles chart. A subsequent promotional single, "Freedom", was at number one on Record Mirror's "Cool Cuts" chart at the time of Dean's death from a hit and run driver on 18 June 1995. After initially being cancelled, the track was released in tribute to Dean and charted at number 18 in August 1995. After a memorial event for Dean in November 1995 raised £10,000, Piscitelli and Ross released "Let There Be Love" with TJ Davis and toured with her. The band performed at Deva Fest in 2019. Igor Dmitriyevich Dotsenko (russian: И́горь Дми́триевич Доце́нко; July 16, 1953 – December 7, 2014) was a Soviet and Russian drummer, a member of the famous rock groups '' Sinyaya Ptitsa'', ''DDT'', and ''Chizh & Co''. Biography Dotsenko was born in Izyaslav, Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. At the age of two, he ended up in Kaluga. From the 7th grade, a member of the school music ensemble. Don Brewer (Grand Funk) and John Henry Bonham (Led Zeppelin) remained Dotsenko's idols throughout his life. In August 1979, one of his closest friends Vladimir Shurygin committed suicide.
