Justice Zakaullah Lodhi (born on 28 February 1934 in Bareilly, British India to Ikramullah Khan Lodhi) was a Pakistani judge. Biography He migrated with his family to Pakistan in 1947. His family settled in Quetta, Balochistan, he earned his bachelor's degree from University of Punjab and his LLB from S. M. Bareilly () is a city in Bareilly district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. The Federal Shariat Court (FSC) is a constitutional court of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, which has the power to examine and determine whether the laws of the country comply with Sharia law. The court was established in 1980 during the government of the President General Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq. It is located in the federal capital, Islamabad. It hears appeals under the Hudood Ordinances, a religious legislation in the country introduced in 1979.
