''Chandragrohon: The Lunar Eclipse'' ( bn, চন্দ্রগ্রহণ) is a Bangladeshi film based on a short story written by Indian Bengali author Syed Mustafa Siraj. The film was released 2008 and younger director Murad Parvez first time directed the film. The film features Riaz, Sohana Saba, and Champa in lead roles along with Shahiduzzaman Selim, KS Firoz, Dilara Zaman, Kohinur, Gazi Rakayet, Azom Faruk and Kazi Riton in supporting roles. Sagarika Mukherjee (born 4 September 1970), also known as Saag, is an Indian singer and actress. She sings mainly in Hindi, Assamese and Bengali language songs but has also sung in Tamil and Telugu languages. She is the daughter of singer and composer Manas Mukherjee and granddaughter of lyricist Jahar Mukherjee. The film is directed by Nasir Uddin Yusuf and is based on the novel ''Ekattorer Jishu'' by Shahriar Kabir. The film stars Piyush Bandyopadhyay, Humayun Faridi, Zahir Uddin Pial, Abul Khair, Anwar Farooq, Kamal Bayazid and Shahiduzzaman Selim in the lead roles.
