Sollers - Naberezhnye Chelny is a car plant of the Sollers JSC group located in Naberezhnye Chelny, Russia. It was formerly a carmaking company known as ZMA (russian: ЗМА, Завод малолитражных автомобилей, Zavod Malolitrazhnykh Avtomobiley) and produced the Oka micro-car under VAZ license. Since 2015 the plant manufactures a Ford Fiesta sedan variant and Ford EcoSport on behalf of the Ford Sollers joint venture. The SsangYong Rexton (Korean: 쌍용 렉스턴) is a mid-size SUV manufactured by SsangYong Motor since late 2001. The name Rexton is derived from the Latin title ' rex' and the English word 'tone', which is intended to mean "the ruler's tone". Fiat-Sollers (russian: СП «Соллерс-Fiat») was a joint venture between Fiat S.p.A. and Sollers JSC (formerly Severstal Avto). Each company had a 50% share in the venture, and the product range was determined by Fiat. The Fiat Albea is a subcompact car produced by the Italian manufacturer Fiat between 2002 and 2012, at the Tofaş facilities in Turkey. It is the European version of the global Fiat Siena, the sedan car derived from the hatch compact Fiat Palio. It is a low cost sedan, aimed at developing global markets, and was not sold in Western Europe. It was also produced in China, where it retained the Fiat Siena nameplate and had two derived versions, the Fiat Perla and currently the Zotye Z200. Sollers, formerly known as OAO Severstal-Auto, is a Russian company holding controlling blocks of shares of OAO Ulyanovsk Automobile Works (UAZ), Zavolzhye Motor Works (ZMZ) and OAO ZMA. The enterprises of Severstal-Auto are well-known automobile brands and occupy stable positions in their market segments.
