Yordan Hristov
Yordan Hristov ( Bulgarian: Йордан Христов; born 12 February 1984) is a Bulgarian footballer who plays as a defender. Career Early career Hristov started to play football in FC Plovdiv 95 in his home town Plovdiv. His first coaches were Stefan Tahchiev and Petar Dafchev and in 1999 the team won the silver medals in the National Children Football League in Sofia. Then in 2002 he joined Maritsa Plovdiv and had an important role there from 2005 to 2007. In 2007 his former coach brought him to Spartak Plovdiv and after some strong performances he became captain of the team. Botev Plovdiv 2011-12 season After Spartak voluntarily relegated in Bulgaria's third division in 2011 he signed with Botev Plovdiv and became momentous part of the team scoring the crucial goals in the 1/16 final and 1/8 final cup matches against Botev Vratsa and Chernomorets Burgas. Chernomorets Burgas
PSFC Chernomorets Burgas ( bg, ПСФК Черноморец Бургас) or simply Chernomorets ( bg, Черноморец) was a Bulgarian football club from the city of Burgas. The club never won any major competition, its most notable achievement being a second-place finish in the UEFA Intertoto Cup competition in 2008. The club was founded in 2005, following the folding of the historical FC Chernomorets Burgas, which played numerous seasons in the first tier of Bulgarian football. The new Chernomorets quickly ascended to the first tier and remained there until the 2013-14 season. Financial problems followed, which led to instability and relegations to lower leagues, ultimately to the fifth tier, where the team played last in 2018-19, before being dissolved. Nikolay Kostov
Nikolay Kostov ( bg, Николай Костов; born 2 July 1963) is a Bulgarian football manager and former footballer who most recently managed Shakhter Karagandy. Career Much of his coaching career has taken place in Cyprus. His first coaching role in the country was at Anorthosis, where he won the Cypriot Cup in 2002. In 2006, he joined Olympiakos Nicosia, but was replaced by Juan Ramon Rocha in October 2006. He was the coach for Metalurh Donetsk from 2008 to 2010, a role from which he resigned in November 2010. PFC Lokomotiv Plovdiv ( bg, ПФК Локомотив Пловдив), commonly known as Loko Plovdiv, is a Bulgarian professional football club based in Plovdiv. FC Montana ( bg, ФК Монтана) is a Bulgarian association football club based in Montana, which currently plays in the Second League, the second level of Bulgarian football league system. Montana plays its home matches at the Ogosta Stadium, which has a capacity of 8,000 spectators. The club's traditional colours are blue, white and red. Ivan Tsvetkov ( bg, Иван Цветков; born 31 August 1979) is a Bulgarian former professional footballer who played as a forward. He works as an assistant manager and is employed as a scout for Ludogorets Razgrad. Club career Born in Blagoevgrad, Tsvetkov took up football with local side Pirin. At the age of 18, he joined Dutch SC Heerenveen's youth academy. In 1998 Tsvetkov started his senior career and during his two seasons at Abe Lenstra Stadion, he scored 2 goals in 16 matches. Lachezar Baltanov ( bg, Лъчезар Балтанов; born 11 July 1988) is a Bulgarian professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder for Botev Plovdiv, while being a captain of Botev Plovdiv II. Velislav Ivanov Vutsov (Bulgarian: Велислав Иванов Вуцов) (born 19 July 1967) is a Bulgarian football manager and former footballer. He is also the son of former footballer Ivan Vutsov. Lyuboslav Mladenov Penev ( bg, Любослав Младенов Пенев; born 31 August 1966) is a Bulgarian professional football manager and former player. Penev played as a forward for several clubs in Bulgaria and Spain. He started his career at CSKA Sofia in 1984, winning two Bulgarian League titles and four Bulgarian Cups. In 1989 he moved to Valencia, where he established himself as among the most prolific goalscorers in La Liga. After six seasons at Valencia, Penev joined Atlético Madrid, winning the 1995–96 La Liga.
