Yin Weimin
Yin Weimin (; born January 1953) was a Chinese politician who served as the Minister of Human Resources and Social Security and a deputy head of the Organization Department of the Chinese Communist Party. Born in Lingshou, Hebei Province, Yin joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in 1973. He obtained a master's degree in economics from Jilin University. After serving in the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party for many years, Yin was appointed vice Minister of Personnel in November 2000. He was elevated to vice Minister and vice Party chief in March 2005. On 30 August 2007, Yin was appointed Minister of Personnel. In March 2008, according to the administrative reform scheme of the State Council, the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security merged to form the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. The 18th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party was elected by the 18th National Congress on 15 November 2012, and sat in plenary sessions until the communing of the 19th National Congress in 2017. It was formally proceeded by the 17th Central Committee. The committee is composed of full members and alternate members. A member has voting rights, while an alternate does not. If a full member is removed from the CC the vacancy is then filled by an alternate member at the next committee plenum — the alternate member who received the most confirmation votes in favour is highest on the order of precedence. In 800 BCE, Bo Jifu, a renowned judge during the reign of King Xuan of Zhou, held the position of Yin (equivalent to First Minister or most favored Minister) and changed his name to Yin Jifu. The Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, officially the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, is a political body that comprises the top leaders of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). It is currently composed of 205 full members and 171 alternate members (see list). Members are nominally elected once every five years by the National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party. State Council Of The People's Republic Of China
The State Council, constitutionally synonymous with the Central People's Government since 1954 (particularly in relation to local governments), is the chief administrative authority of the People's Republic of China. It is chaired by the premier and includes each cabinet-level executive department's executive chief. Chinese Communist Party
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP), officially the Communist Party of China (CPC), is the founding and sole ruling party of the People's Republic of China (PRC). Under the leadership of Mao Zedong, the CCP emerged victorious in the Chinese Civil War against the Kuomintang, and, in 1949, Mao proclaimed the establishment of the People's Republic of China.
