Yassine Benzia
Yassine Benzia ( ar, ياسين بنزية; born 8 September 1994) is a professional footballer who plays for Azerbaijan Premier League club Qarabağ. Born in France, he represents the Algeria national team. He mainly plays as an attacking or a central midfielder but can also play as a winger or striker. He began his professional career at Olympique Lyonnais, where he played 53 total games and scored 6 goals, winning the 2012 Trophée des Champions. In August 2015, he was signed by Lille. Benzia was a France youth international, having represented his nation at under-16, under-17, under-18 and under-21 level. He played with the under-17 team at the 2011 FIFA U-17 World Cup. In March 2016, FIFA approved his request to change his international allegiance to Algeria. The Algeria national football team ( ar, منتخب الجزائر لكرة القدم) represents Algeria in men's international football and is governed by the Algerian Football Federation. The team plays their home matches at the 5 July Stadium in Algiers and Miloud Hadefi Stadium in Oran. Algeria joined FIFA on 1 January 1964, a year and a half after gaining independence. Rémi Garde (, born 3 April 1966) is a French former professional footballer. He was most recently the head coach of Montreal Impact in Major League Soccer. He played as a defender and defensive midfielder, spending most of his career with his first club Lyon, with whom he won the 1988–89 French Division 2. In 1993, he moved to Strasbourg, reaching the Coupe de France final and winning the UEFA Intertoto Cup in his second season. He joined Arsenal in 1996, where he won the 1997–98 FA Premier League before retiring through injury a year later. Garde was capped by the France national team, featuring in their squad at UEFA Euro 1992. The 2011 FIFA U-17 World Cup was the fourteenth tournament of the FIFA U-17 World Cup, and the eleventh played since the change in age limits from under 16s to Under 17s in 1991. 2012 Trophée Des Champions
The 2012 Trophée des Champions ( en, 2012 Champions Trophy) was the 17th edition of the French super cup. The match was contested by Montpellier, the 2011–12 Ligue 1 champions and Lyon, the winners of the 2011–12 edition of the Coupe de France. The match was played at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, New Jersey. This was the fourth consecutive time the competition had taken place on international soil. The defending champions were Marseille who defeated Lille in the 2011 edition, which was played in Morocco. Lyon captured its eighth Trophée des Champions and its first since 2007 after defeating Montpellier 4–2 on penalties.
