Yagshygeldi Kakayev
Yagshygeldi Ilyasovich Kakayev ( tk, Ýagşygeldi Ilýasowiç Kakaýew; rus, links=no, Ягшигельды Эльясович Какаев, Yagshigel'dy El'yasovich Kakayev; 1959–8 July 2020) was a Turkmen politician and energy executive. He was a Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan from 2012 to 2013 and from 2015 to 2017. In 2010, he served as acting Deputy Chairman. His career in government was primarily focused on oil and gas matters. From 2007 to 2016, he was the Director of the State Agency for Management of Hydrocarbons. Biography He was born in Görogly District, Dashoguz province in 1959, and in 1982 he graduated from the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute with a concentration in oil and gas exploration and mechanization. In his early career, he worked with the All-Russian Research Institute for Gas and later became head of the institute's department of oil and gas. The Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan ( tk, Türkmenistanyň Ministrler Kabineti) is the chief executive body in Turkmenistan. The Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan is appointed by the President of Turkmenistan who is both the chief of state and head of government. In addition to holding specific portfolios in most cases, six deputy chairpersons ( tk, Ministrler Kabinetiniň Başlygynyň orunbasary, but colloquially also called tk, wise-premýer) of the Cabinet of Ministers may also be assigned responsibility for oversight of a province of Turkmenistan or of the capital city. Türkmengaz
Türkmengaz is the national gas company of Turkmenistan. From January to November 2020, Türkmengaz had US$4.13bn in revenue. It is the largest gas company in Central Asia. The chairman of the company, with rank of minister of state, is Batyr Amangeldiyevich Amanov ( tk, Batyr Amangeldiýewiç Amanow). Türkmengaz in 2018 opened the Kiyanly ('' tk, Gyýanly'') petrochemical complex for production of polymers. Gurbanguly Mälikgulyýewiç Berdimuhamedow (born 29 June 1957), also known as Arkadag (Cyrillic: Аркадаг, "protector"), is a Turkmen politician who served as the second president of Turkmenistan from 2006 to 2022. A dentist by profession, Berdimuhamedow served in the government of president Saparmurat Niyazov as the minister of health in 1997 and as the vice president in 2001. He became acting president following Niyazov's death on 21 December 2006 and subsequently won the 2007 presidential election.
