Yacuíba
Yacuiba is a city in southern Bolivia and the capital city of Gran Chaco Province in the Tarija Department. It lies three kilometers from the Argentine border. It has a population of approximately 80,000 and lies above sea level. Yacuiba is one of the cities of fast growth population in Bolivia due to the commerce and boom in hydrocarbon exploitation. It was part of Salta Province of Argentina until its cession to Bolivia in 1900. Due to its position on the frontier, Yacuiba is a major center of commerce. Across the border lies Salvador Mazza, with which it forms a conurbation. The town has direct connections by road with both Tarija and Santa Cruz. It also has an international airport ( BYC). Although, Yacuiba has still a low population it managed to obtain one football team in the Bolivian professional league, Petrolero. Gran Chaco Province
Gran Chaco is a province in the eastern parts of the Bolivian department Tarija. The province voted to become an autonomous region on 6 December 2009. Location ''Gran Chaco'' province is one of six provinces in the Tarija Department. It is located between 21° 00' and 22° 17' south and between 62° 16' and 64° 18' west. The province borders Chuquisaca Department in the north, Burnet O'Connor Province in the north-west, Aniceto Arce Province in the south-west, Argentina in the south, and Paraguay in the east. The province extends over 200 km from north to south, and 200 km from east to west. Yacuiba Airport ( es, Aeropuerto Yacuiba, ) is an airport located north of Yacuiba, a city in the Tarija Department of Bolivia. The runway is in a north–south aligned valley, with rising terrain to the east, and the Cordillera Central mountains to the west. Salvador Mazza, Salta
Salvador Mazza or Profesor Salvador Mazza (also known as Pocitos) is a city in northern Argentina, in Salta Province, north of the capital city of Salta, and from the city of Tartagal on National Route 34 in General José de San Martín Department, on the international border with Bolivia. National Route 34 and an important railway branch of the Ferrocarril General Manuel Belgrano connect Salvador Mazza with the rest of Argentina and with Santa Cruz de la Sierra in Bolivia. It is the northernmost city in Argentina, contrary to popular belief that La Quiaca in Jujuy Province holds that distinction.
