Yuliya Rakhmanova
Yuliya Rakhmanova (born 25 October 1991) is a Kazakhstani Sprint (running), sprinter specialising in the 400 metres. She has won several medals at continental level. Her personal bests in the event are 52.61 seconds outdoors (Almaty 2015) and 53.75 seconds indoors (Chimkent 2013). The Fédération Internationale du Sport Universitaire (FISU, en, International University Sports Federation) is responsible for the organization and governance of worldwide sports competitions for student-athletes between the ages of 17 and 25.
