Early life and sumo background Ishida has a background as a sumo wrestler, having competed at amateur level at Tottori Jōhoku High School, a senior high school known for its sports program. There, he was a senior to future professional sumo wrestlers Takerufuji and Rōga. KO-D 10-Man Tag Team Championship
The is a professional wrestling championship owned by the DDT Pro-Wrestling promotion. Meant for teams of five wrestlers, the title is believed to be the first of its kind in professional wrestling. The title was first announced on April 30, 2017, with the inaugural champions crowned on August 20, 2017. Like most professional wrestling championships, the title is won as a result of a scripted match. The current title holders are Keigo Nakamura, To-y, Yuya Koroku, Yuki Ishida and Kazuma Sumi. History Recognizing the difficulty of scheduling matches for the title, DDT announced that as long as the captain of the reigning champions and two other members are present, title matches can be held with two replacement members taking the other two spots in the team. Wrestle Peter Pan 2023 was a professional wrestling event promoted by CyberFight's sub-brand DDT Pro-Wrestling (DDT). It took place on July 23, 2023, in Tokyo, Japan, at the Ryōgoku Kokugikan. The event aired on CyberFight's streaming service Wrestle Universe. The first three matches aired for free on DDT's YouTube channel.
