Yudh (film)
Yudh () is a 1985 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film, produced by Gulshan Rai and marks the directorial debut of his son Rajiv Rai. The film features a large star cast including Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor (in dual role), Tina Munim, Pran, Danny Denzongpa, Nutan, Shatrughan Sinha and Hema Malini. Plot Savitri's twin baby sons are snatched by notorious criminal Gama Mateen, who demands a ransom in exchange for returning the sons to Savitri. Inspector Bhargav comes to the aid of Savitri but is himself killed in the process while trying to save Savitri's twin sons. Gama goes on the run taking one of the twins with him while the other is missing. After Inspector Bhargav's death, Savitri brings up Bhargav's son, Vikram, as her own son. Rajiv Rai
Rajiv Gulshan Rai (born 18 July 1955) is an Indian film director, screenwriter and film editor. He is the son of the producer Gulshan Rai. He has directed many films under his father's production company ''Trimurti Films''. He made his debut as a director with the 1985 action film '' Yudh''. Manmohan Krishna (26 February 1922 – 3 November 1990) was a popular Indian film actor and director, who worked in Hindi films for four decades, mostly as a character actor. He started his career as a professor in Physics and held master's degree in physics. He anchored the radio show ''Cadbury's Phulwari'', a singing contest. Mahendra Kapoor
Mahendra Kapoor (9 January 1934 – 27 September 2008) was an Indian playback singer. In a long career spanning decades, his repertoire included popular songs such as ''Chalo ekbaar phir se Ajnabi ban jayen hum dono'' ( Gumrah) and ''Neele Gagan ke tale'' (Hamraaz). His name however became most closely associated with patriotic songs including Mere Desh Ki Dharti in Manoj Kumar's film Upkaar. Shailendra Singh is an Indian playback singer and actor. He sang several Hindi and a few Marathi songs during the late 1970s and early 1980s. He was very close to Mehmood Ali. Amit Kumar (born 3 July 1952) is an Indian playback singer, actor, music composer. Kumar launched his own music production company, named Kumar Brothers Music. He predominantly worked in Bollywood and regional film songs since the 1970s, including 150 Hindi and Bengali compositions by R. D. Burman. After Burman's death in 1994, citing a lack of quality music composition, Kumar withdrew from playback singing and concentrated on live orchestra shows.
