Yuan Chunqing
Yuan Chunqing (; born March 1952) is a retired Chinese politician. He was deputy chief of the Office for Rural Work and the Communist Party Chief of Shanxi province. Prior to that, he was Governor of neighbouring Shaanxi province. Biography Yuan was born in Hanshou County, Hunan Province. He graduated from the department of law of Peking University, and obtained a master's degree in law from the China University of Political Science and Law in 1990, as well as a doctoral degree in management from the international business school of Hunan University. Yuan joined the central organization of the Communist Youth League (CYL) shortly after graduating from Peking University. He worked there for 17 years. In October 1997, Yuan was named a standing committee member of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, taking up his first major role outside of the CYL. Sun Qingyun
Sun Qingyun (; born October 1954) is a former Chinese politician who spent most of his career in northwest China's Shaanxi province. He has been stripped of his post in November 2015. Through his career he has served as vice-chairman of Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the Deputy Communist Party Secretary of Shaanxi, and the Party Secretary of Xi'an. Li Zhanshu (; born August 30, 1950) is a Chinese politician, and the current outgoing chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the Chinese Speaker. He was the third-ranking member of the Politburo Standing Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, China's top decision-making body, between 2017 and 2022. Zhao Zhengyong (; born March 1951) is a former politician of the People's Republic of China who served as Communist Party Secretary, Governor, and Congress Chairman of Shaanxi Province. After his retirement, he was placed under investigation for corruption. Career Zhao Zhengyong was born in Ma'anshan, Anhui Province in March 1951, and joined the Chinese Communist Party in November 1973. Chen Deming
Chen Deming (; born 1949) is a former the President of Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits of the People's Republic of China. Early life Chen was born in Shanghai in 1949. He went on to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, a Master's Degree from the Hopkins-Nanjing Center, and later a Doctorate in Administration from Nanjing University Business School. In 1969 he joined the workforce and in September 1974, Chen joined the Communist Party of China. Political life Chen was Mayor and later CPC Committee Secretary of Suzhou.
