Yrjö Antero Karilas (3 January 1891 – 7 June 1982) was a Finnish writer. He is most known for his ''Pikkujättiläinen'' book series. Hailuoto
Hailuoto (; sv, Karlö) is a Finnish island in the northern Baltic Sea and a municipality in Northern Ostrobothnia region. The population of Hailuoto is (), which make it the smallest municipality in Northern Ostrobothnia and the former Oulu Province in terms of population.
