Yousuf Yaqoob al-Serkal ( ar, يوسف يعقوب السركال) is a association football, football official from the United Arab Emirates. He is a former vice-president of the Asian Football Confederation (2011–2015). He served as the Chairman of the United Arab Emirates Football Association for two terms, (2004 to 2008) and (2011 to 2016), then he became the president of UAE General Sports Authority in 2017. The Asian Football Confederation is the governing body of association football, beach soccer, and futsal in some countries/territories in Asia and Oceania. It has 47 member countries most of which are located in Asia. Australia, formerly in Oceania Football Confederation, OFC, joined AFC in 2006. Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands, both Territories of the United States, territories of the United States, are also AFC members that are geographically in Oceania.
