''Yours Truly, Blake'' (French: ''Votre dévoué Blake'') is a 1954 French comedy crime film directed by Jean Laviron and Jerome Epstein and starring Eddie Constantine, Danielle Godet and Simone Paris.Marie p.20 The film's sets were designed by Robert Clavel. Plot While spending a night out in Paris an American airline pilot gets entangled with a beautiful nightclub performer and soon finds himself under suspicion of murder. Robert Hirsch (actor)
Robert Hirsch (26 July 1925 – 16 November 2017) was a French actor. He was a ''sociétaire'' of the Comédie-Française since 1952. In 1990, he won César Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role for his role in ''Hiver 54, l'abbé Pierre''. His other film appearances included ''The Hunchback of Notre Dame'', and in 2006/07 he appeared in ''Le gardien'' (a French adaptation of Harold Pinter's ''The Caretaker'') at Théâtre de l'Oeuvre then Théâtre de Paris. In April 2011, he asked Florian Zeller to write a part specially for him. The result was Le Père which had its first performance in Le Théâtre Hébertot, Paris, in September 2012. Hirsch played the central character, André, at the age of 87. Maurice Chevit (31 October 1923 – 2 July 2012) was a French actor. Maurice Chevit made his theatrical début just after the Second World War, and made his first screen appearance in 1946 in René Clément's film ''Le Père tranquille''. In August 1950, the Theatre de la Huchette in Paris presented ''Pepita ou Cinq cents francs de bonheur'', a three-act comedy that Chevit co-wrote with Henri Fontenille; Chevit himself appeared in it, playing alongside Jacqueline Maillan, Pierre Mondy and Jacques Jouanneau.
