''Your Biggest Fan'' is the third official EP by the Austin, Texas-based indie pop band Voxtrot. Released on November 17, 2006, in the United States, it was available as both a three track CD and a two track 7" single. The track "Trouble" was later released in the UK as a single. Critical response Jack Rabid of AllMusic wrote: "Although ''Your Biggest Fan'' is weak-for-them Smiths-like piano pop further botched by producer Ben Hiller (Doves, Elbow) -- though the second half picks up a little -- both B-sides are better produced than the LP (sad, that!) and make the EP an important purchase, especially the onrushing "Trouble."" Jonas Brothers
The Jonas Brothers () are an American pop rock band. Formed in 2005, they gained popularity from their appearances on the Disney Channel television network. They consist of three brothers: Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas, and Nick Jonas. Voxtrot is an American indie pop band formed in Austin, Texas in 2003. Their first recordings were released in 2003, and their debut EP, '' Raised by Wolves'', was released in 2005 to critical acclaim, garnering attention from music bloggers as well as major publications such as ''Pitchfork'' and ''Spin''. The band released two additional EPs in 2006, ''Mothers, Sisters, Daughters & Wives'', and ''Your Biggest Fan'', before releasing their debut self-titled album in 2007. Beggars Group is a British record company that owns or distributes several other labels, including 4AD, Rough Trade Records, Matador Records, XL Recordings and Young. History The companies’ roots stem from the Beggars Banquet record shops, which first opened in 1973 with a shop in Earls Court, London. In 1977, spurred by the prevailing DIY aesthetics of the British punk rock movement (then at the height of its popularity), the shop founders decided to join the fray as an independent label and release records as Beggars Banquet Records, which became the group's flagship label and namesake. Ramesh Srivastava, lead singer of the band, announced in December 2006 that the band was starting work on its long-awaited full-length record. The album was leaked in its entirety to the Internet on March 16, 2007. The Smiths
The Smiths were an English rock band formed in Manchester in 1982. They comprised the singer Morrissey, the guitarist Johnny Marr, the bassist Andy Rourke and the drummer Mike Joyce.
