Sawthis is an Italian thrash metal band formed in 2000. History The band formed under the original name of Sothis in 2000, however, the band was forced to change their name in 2009 to Sawthis as a result of legal action from USA's black metal band Sothis. The band issued a statement regarding the name change early in 2009: "After 12 years, we have been forced to change our moniker because of a homonym with an American black metal band that has obtained the exclusive rights, although they started using the moniker later. It has been hard to accept, but we could do nothing". They recorded two demos before signing a record deal with Temple of Noise Records and releasing their first full-length album ''Fusion'' in 2006, which was accompanied by a video for the song "Beyond the Bound". Thrash Metal

Groove Metal
Groove metal is a subgenre of heavy metal music that began in the early 1990s. The genre achieved success in the 1990s and continued having success in the 2000s. Inspired by thrash metal and traditional heavy metal, groove metal features raspy singing and screaming, down-tuned guitars, heavy guitar riffs, and syncopated rhythms. Dissociative identity disorder (DID), better known as multiple personality disorder or multiple personality syndrome, is a mental disorder characterized by the presence of at least two distinct and relatively enduring personality states. Billy Milligan
William Stanley Milligan (February 14, 1955 – December 12, 2014), also known as The Campus Rapist, was an American who was the subject of a highly publicized court case in Ohio in the late 1970s. After having committed several felonies including armed robbery, he was arrested for three rapes on the campus of Ohio State University. In the course of preparing his defense, psychologists diagnosed Milligan with dissociative identity disorder. His lawyers pleaded insanity, claiming that two of his alternate personalities committed the crimes without Milligan being aware of it. He was the first person diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder to raise such a defense, and the first acquitted of a major crime for this reason, instead spending a decade in psychiatric hospitals. Death Angel is an American thrash metal band from Daly City, California, initially active from 1982 to 1991 and again since 2001.
