Young Pirates Of Europe
The Young Pirates of Europe (YPE) are a European federation of European pirate youth organisations and other youth organisations that work on digital issues, for transparency in government, participating democracy and civil rights. While the federation is a founding member and the Youth wing, youth organisation of the European Pirate Party, it is an independent organisation with both Pirate and non-Pirate affiliated member organisations. It was founded in August 2013 and is officially registered in Luxembourg. The association is managed by a board of up to 7 members. It was founded as a non-profit organisation in Sweden, but has changed its registered seat a number of times. On 19 September 2014, the original Swedish organisation was disbanded and YPE was founded anew as a Belgian organisation. An international non-governmental organization (INGO) is an organization which is independent of government involvement and extends the concept of a non-governmental organization (NGO) to an international scope. Young Pirate ( sv, Ung Pirat) is the youth organisation of the Swedish Pirate Party. It was founded in December 2006 and had, from April 2009 until spring 2010, over 22,000 members. The Chamber of Deputies, officially the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic ( cs, Poslanecká sněmovna Parlamentu České republiky), is the lower house of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. The chamber has 200 seats and deputies are elected for four-year terms using the party-list proportional representation system with the D'Hondt method. Since 2002, there are 14constituencies, matching the Czech regions. A Cabinet is answerable to the Chamber of Deputies and the Prime Minister stays in office only as long as they retain the support of a majority of its members. The City Council is the governing body of the City of Reykjavík, composed of representatives elected by the inhabitants of the city. The council Municipality is responsible for enforcing the issues which that the State has delegated to local authorities. Felix Reda (formerly Julia Reda; born 30 November 1986) is a German researcher and politician who was Member of the European Parliament (MEP) from Germany. He was a member of the Pirate Party Germany until 27 March 2019, part of The Greens–European Free Alliance. He has been Vice-President of the Greens/EFA group since 2014.
