Young Conservatives (Czech Republic)
The Young Conservatives ( cs, Mladí konzervativci, MK CZ) is a Right-wing politics, right-wing political youth organisation in the Czech Republic. It is the youth wing of the Civic Democratic Party (Czech Republic), Civic Democratic Party (ODS), a centre-right political party, and shares that party's conservatism, conservative and Economic liberalism, economically liberal ideology. Young people within the age from 15 to 35 apply for a membership in the MK. Several significant politicians from the ODS party started as members of Young Conservatives, including Jan Zahradil, Jiří Pospíšil, Petr Sokol, Martin Baxa, Petr Gandalovič, Ivan Langer, Martin Novotný, and Pavel Drobil. Olomouc
Olomouc (, , ; german: Olmütz; pl, Ołomuniec ; la, Olomucium or ''Iuliomontium'') is a city in the Czech Republic. Petr Mach
Petr Mach (born 6 May 1975) is a Czechs, Czech economist and former Member of the European Parliament. He is the founder of the Party of Free Citizens which he led until 2017 when November 2017 Party of Free Citizens leadership election, he was replaced by Tomáš Pajonk. Ivan Langer (born 1 January 1967 in Olomouc) is a former Czech politician. He has been a member of the Civic Democratic Party (ODS) since 1991. From 1996 to 2010 he was a member of the Chamber of Deputies (in 1996-2006 a vice-chairman), serving as Minister of Informatics and Minister of the Interior. Petr Gandalovič (born 15 August 1964) is a Czech politician and one of the founding members of the Civic Democratic Party. He served as the Czech Ambassador to the United States from 2011 to 2017. Education Gandalovič attended secondary school in Ústí nad Labem from 1978 to 1982, continuing on to the School of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University in Prague from 1982–1987. He subsequently taught in a secondary school in Ústí nad Labem until 1990. Martin Baxa (born 16 September 1975) is a Czech politician who has served as the Ministry of Culture (Czech Republic), Czech Minister of Culture in Petr Fiala's Cabinet since December 2021.
