You're Not Alone (Australian Olympians Song)
"You're Not Alone" is a song released as the Australian official Olympic Team Song in 1988. It was credited to Australian Olympians which was made up of a selection of Australian rock and pop singers, television and radio announcers and olympic athletes. Profits from the sale of the record went towards the Australian Olympic Federation. The song peaked at number 18 in Australia in May 1988. At the ARIA Music Awards of 1989, the song was nominated for 'Highest Selling Single', losing to "I Should Be So Lucky" by Kylie Minogue. Pop music is a genre of popular music that originated in its modern form during the mid-1950s in the United States and the United Kingdom. Tommy Emmanuel
William Thomas Emmanuel (born 31 May 1955) is an Australian guitarist. Regarded as one of the greatest acoustic guitarists of all time, he is known for his complex fingerstyle technique, energetic performances and use of percussive effects on the instrument. Originally a session player in many bands, Emmanuel carved out his own style as a solo artist, releasing many award-winning albums and singles. In June 2010 Emmanuel was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM), and in 2011 he was inducted into the Australian Roll of Renown. Ross Wilson (musician)
Ross Andrew Wilson (born 18 November 1947) is an Australian singer-songwriter, musician and producer. He is the co-founder and frontman of the long-standing rock groups Daddy Cool and Mondo Rock, as well as a number of other former bands, in addition to performing solo. He has produced records for bands such as Skyhooks and Jo Jo Zep & the Falcons, as well as for those of his own bands. He appeared as a judge on celebrity singing TV series '' It Takes Two'' from 2005. Vince Sorrenti (born 21 March 1961) is an Australian stand-up comedian, writer and television presenter from Punchbowl, New South Wales. He is of Italian descent. Sorrenti performs nationally and internationally. He performs at sports hospitality, charity events, corporate events, club venues and private parties. Rick Allan Price (born 6 July 1961) is an Australian singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and record producer. Keren Minshull
Euphoria were an Australian dance-pop trio formed in 1991. They were founded by producer and songwriter Andrew Klippel on keyboards and backing vocals with lead vocals and dancing by Holly Garnett and Keren Minshull. Euphoria had two number-one hits on the ARIA Singles Chart, "Love You Right" (November 1991) and " One in a Million" (April 1992). Their third single, "Do for You" (August 1992), peaked at No. 7. Grace Ethel Knight (born 23 December 1955) is an English-born Australian vocalist, saxophone player and songwriter.
