The term is often translated as "stock company", " joint-stock company" or "stock corporation". The term ''kabushiki gaisha'' in Japan refers to any joint-stock company regardless of country of origin or incorporation; however, outside Japan the term refers specifically to joint-stock companies incorporated in Japan. , is a Japanese animation studio founded in April 2009, focused on 3DCG and 2D Animation. History The company was established on April 30, 2009 after studio Gonzo decided to sell its digital video division to Q-TEC, which then established the company with the resources acquired, along with 25 employees that worked with the previous company then became part of Graphinica, with an initial total of 60 employees when it was created. On April 1, 2010, absorbed and merged Decoloco (an animation filming/VFX company) of Q-TEC group to the company. The Blu-ray Disc (BD), often known simply as Blu-ray, is a digital optical disc data storage format. It was invented and developed in 2005 and released on June 20, 2006 worldwide. It is designed to supersede the DVD format, and capable of storing several hours of high-definition video (HDTV 720p and 1080p). The net film was scheduled to launch on July 7, 2018, on YouTube, but was postponed to August 3, 2018, due to the 2018 Japan floods.
