Yevgeny Petrosyan
Yevgeny Vaganovich Petrosyan (russian: Евге́ний Вага́нович Петрося́н, hy, Եվգենի Վահանի Պետրոսյան (Պետրոսյանց); born 16 September 1945) is a Soviet/Russian comedian of Armenian and Jewish descents. In 2005 he was named among the most influential figures in contemporary Russia, in a survey conducted by independent polling agency The Levada Centre. A popular comedian since the days of the Soviet Union, Petrosyan was the host of TV variety show ''Crooked Mirror''. In January 2023, Ukraine imposed sanctions on Yevgeny for his support of 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. Personal life Yevgeny was married to actress and humorist Yelena Stepanenko (born 1953). Their engagement was in 1985. On August 3, 2018, the Russian mass media announced that Yevgeny and Yelena are getting divorced. People’s Artist Of The RSFSR
People's Artist of the RSFSR (russian: Народный артист РСФСР, ''Narodnyj artist RSFSR'') was an Title of honor, honorary title granted to Soviet, Soviet Union artists, including theatre and film directors, choreographers, music performers, and orchestra conductors, who had outstanding achievements in the arts, and who lived in the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic (RSFSR). This title was one rank below Honored Artist of the RSFSR and one above People's Artist of the USSR. The title was introduced on 10 August 1931. In 1992, after the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, Russian SFSR was renamed as the Russia, Russian Federation, it was replaced with People's Artist of Russia. Onion Soup
Onion soup is a type of vegetable soup with sliced onions as the main ingredient. It is prepared in different variations in many different countries, the most famous of which is the French onion soup or Parisian onion soup. Because of the affordable ingredients, it has primarily been a dish for the poor for a long time. Common for all variations of onion soup is the use of thinly sliced or chopped onions soaked in fat, and a liquid base such as water or broth, possibly including white wine, after which the soup is cooked for a while so that the onions lose their strong flavour and the soup gains a sweet, spicy flavour.
