The Yenching Scholarship (also Yanjing Scholars; Chinese: 燕京学者, pinyin: Yānjīng Xuézhě) is a prestigious interdisciplinary graduate program at the Yenching Academy of Peking University (PKU) in Beijing, China. The program, started in 2015, will provide Yenching Scholars, selected annually from around the world, with full scholarships for a two-years master's degree from Peking University. Yenching Program
It is the postgraduate leadership program at Yenching Academy of Peking University in Beijing, China. Announced in 2014 and established in 2015, it is the first such program to launch in China. The highly selective program offers Yenching Scholarships, including tuition, accommodation, transportation, and a living stipend, to all students in the Academy. Yenching Scholars are selected annually from around the world through a competitive admission process. Unlike most graduate master's degrees in China that run two years for professional degrees and three years for academic degrees, the program lasts one year. Harvard–Yenching Institute
The Harvard–Yenching Institute is an independent foundation dedicated to advancing higher education in Asia in the humanities and social sciences, with special attention to the study of Asian culture. It traditionally had close ties to Harvard University and the now-defunct Yenching University, and its offices are located on the Harvard campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts, but it is not part of Harvard. CCC Yenching College
The Church of Christ in China Yenching College (), or CCC Yenching College, Yenching College () in short is a co-education secondary school in Nga Ying Chau of Tsing Yi Island, Hong Kong. The school is managed by The Hong Kong Council of the Church of Christ in China. The secondary school was founded by alumni and teaching staff from Yenching University in Peking after the campus and some alumni was forced to incorporate in Peking University by Mao Zedong's Communist Party of China in 1952. The founders hoped that the school would restore to the university someday. In 1977, they reused an old building of South Sok Uk Government Primary School () and established a secondary school in So Uk Estate. They named it Yenching College.
