Yellow Yeiyah, last names also seen as two words "Yei Yah", (born 9 September 1984 in Ondo, Nigeria) is an Olympic swimmer from Nigeria. He swam for Nigeria at the 2008 Olympics. Ondo City
Ondo Town is the second largest town in Ondo State, Nigeria. Ondo Town is the trade center for the surrounding region. Yams, cassava, grain and tobacco are grown. Cotton is also grown, and is used to weave cloth called Aso Oke fabric which is widely accepted by the indigenes as the local attaire . Ondo Town is the largest producer of cocoa products in the region. The title of the king of the town, who reigns as a direct descendant of the fabled Emperor Oduduwa, is "Osemawe". Osamawe title originated from an unusual situation as reported by Nigerian Punch that when the favoured wife of the first Monarch had a set of twins, the king was embarrassed because it was then an abomination. James Guy Parrack (born 10 March 1967, Cheltenham, England) is a male English sports journalist and former competitive swimmer. Swimming career As a breaststroke swimmer, he represented Great Britain at the 1988 Olympic Games on Seoul. He represented England a silver medal in the 100 metres breaststroke, at the 1990 Commonwealth Games in Auckland, New Zealand. Four years later he represented England again at the 1994 Commonwealth Games in the 100 metres breaststroke event. He was also four times ASA British national champion in the 100 metres breaststroke (1988, 1994, 1995) and 50 metres breaststroke (1995). Medley is a combination of four different swimming styles—backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, and freestyle—into one race. This race is either swum by one swimmer as individual medley (IM) or by four swimmers as a medley relay. Individual medley Individual medley consists of a single swimmer swimming equal distances of four different strokes within one race. Stroke order Individual medley consists of four strokes. These four strokes go in an order by Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke and finally Freestyle. The swimmer will swim one quarter of the race in each style, in a certain order.
