Yellow Emanuelle
''Yellow Emanuelle'' (also released as ''Il mondo dei sensi di Emy Wong'', ''Emanuelle Gialla'', ''The Last Madame Butterfly'') is a 1976 Italian film directed by Bitto Albertini, director of the prior Black Emanuelle. Plot In Hong Kong, a British airline pilot, George Taylor (Giuseppe Pambieri), is assaulted by a gang of thugs. He is taken to a hospital and nursed back to health by female Dr. Emy Wong (Chai Lee), a beautiful Chinese physician woman. As the pilot regains his health he becomes increasingly infatuated with female Dr. Wong and they embark upon a passionate love affair. The pilot however develops a terminal illness and dies in the arms of female Dr. Wong while they are making love. Overcome with grief she commits suicide, stabbing herself with a knife, before falling onto the body of George. Bitto Albertini
Adalberto "Bitto" Albertini (1924–1999) was an Italian film director and screenwriter. Career He began his film career as a camera operator and as a cinematographer. In 1974 Albertini directed ''Black Emanuelle'' starring the then almost unknown Laura Gemser. Her subsequent successful career meant that she was absent from ''Black Emanuelle 2'', and Albertini instead cast actress Shulamith Lasri in the title role. In 1977 he released ''Yellow Emanuelle'' as a comeback. The film, starring Chai Lee, was very successful. However the film never reached the popularity of Joe D'Amato's series. His last two films were "Mondo film, Mondos" set in Asia, depicting shocking rituals and savage violence. He died in Italy in 1999 at age 74. Rik Battaglia
Rik Battaglia (byname of Caterino Bertaglia; 18 February 1927 – 27 March 2015) was an Italian film actor. He was born at Corbola, near Rovigo, Veneto. He mainly used the stage name of Rik Battaglia although alternate names he used for his films included Rick Austin, Riccardo Battaglia and Rick Battaglia.
