Yaron Brook ( he, ירון ברוק; born May 23, 1961) is an Israeli-American entrepreneur, writer, and activist. He is an Objectivist and the current chairman of the board at the Ayn Rand Institute, where he was executive director from 2000 to 2017. He is also the co-founder of BHZ Capital Management LP. Yaron Margolin (born June 5, 1954) (Hebrew: ירון מרגולין) is an Israeli dancer and choreographer. Biography Early years Yaron Margolin was born in Tel Adashim, Israel (June 5, 1954) to one of the founding families of the farming village. His father, Jacob, born in the village, worked on several farms. His mother, Eve, a Holocaust survivor who immigrated to Israel in her youth, danced with Mia Arbatova in Tel Aviv. Amos Yaron ( he, עמוס ירון; born 1 April 1940) was Israel Defense Forces Major General and former head of the Manpower Directorate. His father was an actor, Bezalel London. London studied at Herzliya Hebrew High School and the agricultural boarding school HaKfar HaYarok. The Sabra and Shatila massacre (also known as the Sabra and Chatila massacre) was the killing of between 460 and 3,500 civilians, mostly Palestinians and Lebanese Shiites, by the militia of the Lebanese Forces, a Maronite Christian Lebanese right-wing party, under the command of Elie Hobeika, in the Sabra neighborhood and the adjacent Shatila refugee camp in Beirut, Lebanon. Yaron Golan ( he, ירון גולן; April 26, 1949 – January 23, 2007) was an Israeli publisher. Yaron Golan, originally a literature columnist in ''Haaretz'', established a publishing company in 1990. While refusing to submit to conventional rules of publishing only popular or profitable books, he used to take on himself to publish every book submitted to him, publishing over 1000 books, often at a personal loss. However he still was the publisher of many important works, including anthologies by Nathan Zach and Avot Yeshurun. Yaron Kohlberg (born in Jerusalem on 6 March 1983) is an Israeli pianist. He won prestigious international prizes and performs regularly on major stages worldwide. Beginning in 2018, Kohlberg is the President of the Cleveland International Piano Competition. He is the son of Islamicist professor Etan Kohlberg and violinist Bat-Sheva Savaldi-Kohlberg. Kohlberg started playing piano in 1990. Yaron Traub ( he, ירון טראוב born 1964) is an Israeli conductor and pianist. He was born in Tel Aviv. Traub was Music Director and Chief Conductor of the Valencia Orchestra from 2005 to 2017. Throughout the 1990s he served as Daniel Barenboim's assistant at the Bayreuth Festival and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.
