Yang Xilan (; born March 16, 1961) is a Chinese volleyball player. She competed in the 1984 Summer Olympics and in the 1988 Summer Olympics The 1988 Summer Olympics (), officially known as the Games of the XXIV Olympiad () and commonly known as Seoul 1988 ( ko, 서울 1988, Seoul Cheon gubaek palsip-pal), was an international multi-sport event held from 17 September to 2 October .... In 1984, she was a member of the Chinese volleyball team which won the gold medal. She played all five matches. Four years later, she was part of the Chinese team which won the bronze medal. Yang (; ) is the transcription of a Chinese family name. It is the sixth most common surname in Mainland China. It is the 16th surname on the ''Hundred Family Surnames'' text.
