Xihu Reservoir
Xihu Reservoir (), also known as Hsi-Hu Reservoir, is a reservoir located on the west side of Lieyu Township ("Little Kinmen"), Kinmen County Kinmen, alternatively known as Quemoy, is a group of islands governed as a county by the Republic of China (Taiwan), off the southeastern coast of mainland China. The Water Resources Agency (WRA; ) is the administrative agency of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Taiwan (ROC) responsible for water-related affairs. History The creation of Water Resources Agency dated back in 1946 under the Ministry of Water Conservancy of the central government of the Republic of China. ''Kinmen Daily News'' (KMDN; ) is a newspaper owned by Kinmen County Government in Kinmen County (Quemoy), Fujian Province, Republic of China (Taiwan). History The predecessor of the Kinmen Daily News was ''Chunghwa Cheng Chi Pao'' (, Zhōnghuá-zhèngqìbào) from Nancheng, Jiangxi, which retreated to Quemoy following the Chinese civil war.
