X Games Los Angeles 2012
X Games XVIII (re-titled X Games Los Angeles 2012) was an action sporting event which took place from June 28 – July 1, 2012 in Los Angeles, California. Venues for the event included the Staples Center, Nokia Theater and the streets near L.A. Live. The games featured the sports of Moto X, skateboarding, BMX, and RallyCross. Last year's X Games 17 was the first ever X Games to feature Enduro X, which replaced Super X. Cameron Sinclair (born 12 April 1984) is an Australian freestyle motocross rider associated with the Metal mulisha group. Motocross career Sinclair competed for the LG World Championship in 2008. He was injured while practicing for a double backflip in June 2008 and he was unable to compete until September 2008. First double backflip in a Freestyle Run With Nick Swain Sinclair landed the first double backflips in a freestyle motorcross run at the third event of the Red Bull X-Fighters World Tour 2009. It was a June 2009 event in Fort Worth, Texas. Sinclair landed two double backflips in the competition and finished third at the event. Jeremy Stenberg
Jeremy "Twitch" Stenberg (born September 27, 1981) is an American professional freestyle motocross rider and professional off-road truck racer. Stenberg received his nickname "Twitch" from his Tourette's syndrome, which he was diagnosed with at the age of eight. He started riding dirtbikes at the age of two so his father could spend more time with him and keep him out of their dangerous neighbourhood. He is a born again Christian. Levi Sherwood (born 22 October 1991) is a freestyle motocross rider from New Zealand, nicknamed "rubber kid". Early life Sherwood was born in Palmerston North, New Zealand, attending Palmerston North Boys' High School. Starting out in motocross racing, he followed in the footsteps of his father Dave Sherwood, who was a professional speedway racer. Taka Higashino
is a Japanese freestyle motocross rider who has competed in international events including the X-Games, being the first Japanese medalist in the X-Games. He has three X-Games Gold Medals in Freestyle Moto. The only other rider to win more than three Golds in FMX along with Travis Pastrana. A pioneer for the growth of the sport, he is known for inventing the body varial trick the “California Roll/Cali Roll” or sometimes nicknamed the “Taka Roll” which is a slightly different version of the Special Flip. Vicki Golden (born July 28, 1992 in San Diego, California) is an American professional Freestyle Motocross rider and the first female team member of Metal mulisha, Since beginning her career in 2000 Golden has won three consecutive gold medals in Women's Moto X Racing at the X Games. She is also the first woman to compete in a freestyle Moto X competition, earning the bronze medal in the best whip category. She currently rides a Suzuki 450/250 motocross bike. Early career Golden began racing at the age of seven after seeing her brother and father racing. Golden had to race with the boys because there wasn't enough girls to create a separate race class. Cody Webb (born May 31, 1988), is an American professional motorcycle trials rider and endurocross racer. Webb was the 2010 United States NATC Motorcycle Trials Champion. Webb has also competed in EnduroX. At the X Games he has claimed silver medals in Foz do Iguaçu 2013 and Los Angeles 2012 and 2014, as well as bronze medals in Los Angeles 2013 and Barcelona 2013. Also, he has won the 2014, 2015 and 2017 AMA EnduroCross Championship.
