Xəzərin Sahilində () (en: On the Coastline of the Caspian Sea) (released like ''Hazar Sahilinde'') - was the first studio album by Azerbaijani rock band Yukhu. The album was released by Uzelli Muzik company in 1993. The album was also the first ever rock album by Azerbaijan origin musicians. Label company released a vinyl version of the album in 2020. Background Yukhu ('' az'': ''Yuxu'') was formed by Ibrahim Eminov, Chingiz Eyvazov and Namig Nagdaliyev in 1987 in Sumgait, Azerbaijan. Though, the band was formed in Azerbaijan, Xəzərin Sahilində was released in Turkey. The band had four songs in late of 80s, but these four songs were recorded first time as demo by Rafig Babayev in 1989. Yukhu
Yukhu ( az, Yuxu (Latin)/Јуху (Cyrillic), russian: Юху , tr, Yuhu) were an Azerbaijani rock band based in Sumgait, Azerbaijan from 1988 to 2001. They were one of the most popular rock band during the 1990s in music, 1990s in Turkey and Azerbaijan. The band was active from 1988 until 1991 in Azerbaijan, from 1991 to 2001 in Turkey. The group released three studio albums. Yukhu became known for singing exclusively in the Azerbaijani language. Early years From the beginning of the 1980s, western rock music was spread to USSR region. Deep Purple, Scorpions were some of famous bands what people recognize with rock music. In these days, Ibrahim Emin, Ibrahim Eminov who was in 20s, decided to create a rock band with his friend Chingiz Eyvazov. He chose the name as "Yukhu" (Meaning 'Dream' in Azerbaijan language) and created the band in 1988.
