Xujing () is a town in Qingpu District, Shanghai, China. As of 2021, Xujing has a population of 211590 and an area of . History In 2015, the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center opened in Xujing and consists of four exhibition halls, the NECC Plaza, office buildings and a hotel. Since then, it has hosted various events including concerts and expos. Panlong Town Panlong'an () is an ancient water town within Xujing dating back to the Sui Dynasty. In 2001, it was made a historical protected zone in Shanghai. As part of the Yangtze River Delta integration initiative, Panlong Tiandi (), a commercial complex offering many shopping facilities and activities, was opened in April 2023, bringing in around 200,000 tourists over the five-day-long Labour Day break. National Exhibition And Convention Center (Shanghai)
The National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) is an exhibition and convention center in Shanghai, China. The NECC is currently the largest exhibition complex, making it one of the landmark buildings in Shanghai. The building was co-built by Ministry of Commerce of China and Shanghai Municipal Government. The center consists of four exhibition halls, the NECC Plaza, office buildings and a hotel. The façade of the NECC building draws inspiration from a "four-leaf clover" with the plaza as the core and the exhibition halls as its leaves. Qingpu District
Qingpu District, is a suburban district of Shanghai Municipality. Lake Dianshan is located in Qingpu. The population of Qingpu was counted at 1,081,000 people in the 2010 Census. It has an area of . Qingpu District is the westernmost district of Shanghai Municipality; it is adjacent to Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces. Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport is one of the two international airports of Shanghai and a significant airline hub of China. China National Highway 318 (G318) runs from Shanghai to Zhangmu on the China-Nepal border. It is the longest China National Highway at in length and runs west from Shanghai towards Zhejiang, Anhui, Hubei, Chongqing, Sichuan, and ends in Tibet Autonomous Region.
