Xiangzhou District (; literally: "Fragrant Islet") is a district of Zhuhai, Guangdong, Guangdong province. It is located at the southwest corner of the Pearl River Delta, bordering Macau to the south and southeast. The district is the political, financial, transit, and cultural center of Zhuhai. Guishan Island is an island in the Pearl River estuary near Zhuhai, China and Lantau Island. The island is part of the Wanshan Archipelago and is administrated as part of Xiangzhou District of Guangdong Province. Geography Guishan is an island in the Pearl River estuary. The island is around 10 square kilometers large and is located near other islands in the estuary, notably Lantau and the Soko Islands. Hengqin
Hengqin (, pt, Ilha da Montanha) is an island in Zhuhai, a prefecture-level city and Special economic zones of China, special economic zone in Guangdong, Guangdong Province of the China, People's Republic of China. It has a population of about 3,000. Parts of Hengqin were leased to Macau by the State Council of the People's Republic of China starting in 2009, with the area expanding.
