Xhemal Naipi
Xhemal Naipi (1 March 1889 – 1955) was an Albanian mufti and politician. He served as Chairman of the National Council of Albania in 1920. - Republika e Shqipërisë KUVEND. Tiranë 2005. He was awarded posthumously the Order "For Patriotic Activities Class I" as well as the "Torch of Democracy" Medal. Early life Xhemal Naipi was born on March 1, 1889, in Shkodër, center of a vilayet of the Ottoman Empire, now a city in northwestern Albania. His father Hasan derived from the Naipi family, mentioned in the city for practicing the role of qadis during the Ottoman years. He finished his early schooling in his hometown and later pursued his university studies in Istanbul, majoring in theology and jurisprudence. He spoke fluently Arabic, Turkish, Italian and French. In the years between 1913 and 1916, Naipi served as a qadi as well as Chairman of the Education Commission of Shkodër where he contributed in the opening of three elementary schools. The speaker of the Parliament of Albania () is the head of the Parliament of Albania, Parliament whose term coincides with the term of the Parliament and they are Election, elected by a vote during the opening session. Berat
Berat (; sq-definite, Berati) is the ninth most populous city of Albania and the seat of Berat County and Berat Municipality. By air, it is north of Gjirokastër, west of Korçë, south of Tirana, and east of Fier. Berat is located in the south of the country. Albanian Kingdom (1928–1939)
The Albanian Kingdom (Gheg Albanian: ''Mbretnija Shqiptare'', Standard Albanian: ''Mbretëria Shqiptare'') was the official name of Albania between 1928 and 1939. Albania was declared a monarchy by the Constituent Assembly, and President Ahmet Bej Zogu was declared King Zog I. The kingdom was supported by the fascist regime in Italy, and the two countries maintained close relations until Italy's sudden invasion of the country in 1939. Zog fled into exile and never saw his country again. The Communist Party of Labor of Albania gained control of the country toward the end of World War II, established a communist government, and formally deposed Zog. Legality Movement
The Legaliteti ( sq, Lëvizja Legaliteti; en, Legality Movement) were an Albanian royalist and pro-monarchy faction founded in 1941. It was led by Abaz Kupi. Ideology The Legaliteti sought the return of King Zog, who had fled the country on the eve of the Italian invasion. The Legaliteti consisted of supporters from mostly the northern mountain tribes, particularly the Mati region. The Legaliteti were anti-communist. Despite being nationalistic, the Legaliteti were against the Balli Kombëtar as the Balli Kombëtar were the social democrats and pro-republic while the Legaliteti were loyalists and royalists.
