Xavier Legette
Anthony Xavier Legette (born January 29, 2001) is an American professional football wide receiver for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the South Carolina Gamecocks and was selected by the Panthers in the first round of the 2024 NFL draft. High school Legette attended Mullins High School in Mullins, South Carolina. He played wide receiver in high school but also played quarterback his senior year. As a senior, he received 1,826 yards with 19 touchdowns and passed for 887 yards with 14 touchdowns. He committed to the University of South Carolina to play college football. College career In his first four years at South Carolina, Legette played in 41 games with 17 starts and had 42 receptions for 423 yards and five touchdowns during that time. South Carolina Gamecocks Football
The South Carolina Gamecocks football program represents the University of South Carolina. The Gamecocks compete in the Football Bowl Subdivision of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the Eastern Division of the Southeastern Conference. The team's head coach is Shane Beamer. They play their home games at Williams–Brice Stadium.
