Xavier "Xavi" Quintillà Guasch (born 23 August 1996) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Cypriot First Division club APOEL. Club career Barcelona Born in Lleida, Catalonia, Quintillà joined FC Barcelona's youth setup in 2009, from hometown UE Lleida. After finishing his graduation, he was promoted to the reserves in July 2015, after the club's relegation to Segunda División B. Quintillà made his senior debut on 22 August 2015, starting in a 1–2 loss at UE Cornellà. Cypriot First Division
The Cypriot First Division ( el, Πρωτάθλημα Α΄ Κατηγορίας) is the top tier football league competition in Cyprus, run by the Cyprus Football Association. Since February 2016, it is sponsored by Cyta and is thus officially known as the Cyta Championship. The league is contested by 14 teams and runs from August to May, with the three lowest-placed teams being relegated to the Cypriot Second Division, and replaced by the top three teams in that division. Segunda División B ( en, Second Division B) was the third tier of the Spanish football league system containing 102 teams divided into five groups, until it was replaced by the new structure in 2021. It was administered by the Royal Spanish Football Federation. It was below the top two professional leagues, the ''Primera División'' (also known as La Liga) and the ''Segunda División'', and above the ''Tercera División''.
