X Factor Indonesia (season 1)
''X Factor Indonesia'' is an Television in Indonesia, Indonesian television music competition to find new singing talent; the winner of which receives a 1 billion Indonesian rupiah, rupiahs recording contract with Sony Music Entertainment, Sony Music Indonesia. The first season was started on RCTI on December 28, 2012 and ended on May 24, 2013. Fatin Shidqia was announced as the winner with debut single "Aku Memilih Setia", and Rossa (singer), Rossa emerged as the winning mentor. Based on the The X Factor (UK), UK format, the competition consists of auditions, in front of producers and then the judges with a live audience; bootcamp; judges' homes and then the live finals. Auditions for the show began in September 2012 and concluded in November 2012. Fatin Shidqia Lubis (born 30 July 1996), better known as Fatin Shidqia or Fatin, is an Indonesian singer and actress who won the X Factor Indonesia (season 1), first season of ''X Factor Indonesia'' in May 2013. Fatin currently stands as the most successful winner of ''X Factor Indonesia'' in history. She was signed to record label Sony Music Entertainment Indonesia. Giring Ganesha
Giring Ganesha Djumaryo (born 14 July 1983) is an Indonesian vocalist and political activist. He is a former lead singer of the Indonesian rock band, Nidji. On 31 December 2017, he announced his resignation as Nidji's lead vocalist in order to focus on his political journey. Giring is the Chairman of Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI). Iwan Fals
Virgiawan Listanto or better known as Iwan Fals (born September 3, 1961) is an Indonesian singer, songwriter and guitarist of Javanese descent. In 2002, ''Time'' named him as a Great Asian Hero. Early life Iwan was born Virgiawan Listanto in Jakarta, on September 3, 1961, to Harsoyo, a soldier, and Lies Suudijah. He studied at SMP Negeri 5 Bandung and SMAK BPK Bandung. He continued his studies at Sekolah Tinggi Publisistik and then Institut Kesenian Jakarta. At the age of thirteen, he appeared as a street musician in small wedding ceremonies and other social events. Maia Estianty (born 27 January 1976), known as Maia Ahmad during her marriage to fellow musician Ahmad Dhani, is an Indonesian singer and television personality. Estianty was born in Surabaya, and showed interest in music at an early age, winning a marching band competition while still in elementary school.
