X Factor (Italian Season 6)
''X Factor'' is an Italian television music competition to find new singing talent; the winner receives a € 300,000 recording contract with Sony Music. Before the start of the auditions process it was confirmed that Simona Ventura, Morgan, Elio and Arisa would be confirmed as judges and mentors; also Alessandro Cattelan returned as host, whilst Max Novaresi and Brenda Lodigiani return to host ''Xtra Factor''. The sixths season began airing on Sky Uno on 20 September and ended on 7 December 2012. Auditions for season 6 took place in Rimini, Andria and Milan in June 2012; bootcamp took place in Milan for two days, on 28 and 29 June. Morgan mentored the Over-25s, Ventura the boys, Elio the girls and Arisa the groups; they selected their final three acts during judges' houses. "Due respiri" is a song written by Eros Ramazzotti, Luca Chiaravalli and Saverio Grandi and recorded by Italian singer Chiara Galiazzo. The song was released as Chiara's debut single on 8 December 2012, immediately after she won the sixth series of talent show '' X Factor''. The song debuted at number one on the Italian Top Digital Downloads, spending three weeks atop the chart, and it was later certified double platinum by the Federation of the Italian Music Industry. Background "Due respiri" was written by Eros Ramazzotti, Luca Chiaravalli and Saverio Grandi. According to Chiaravalli, Ramazzotti decided to compose a song for Chiara immediately after hearing her during the first live show of the sixth series of '' X Factor''. Miss Italia is a beauty pageant awarding prizes every year to young, female contestants from Italy. Since the first edition of the contest in 1939 many of the contestants have gone on to notable careers in television and film. History The forerunner of Miss Italia was '' Miss Sorriso'' (Miss Smile) started in 1939 by Dino Villani, and sponsored by a brand of toothpaste. Foro Italico is a sports complex in Rome, Italy, on the slopes of Monte Mario. It was built between 1928 and 1938 as the Foro Mussolini (literally Mussolini's Forum) under the design of Enrico Del Debbio and, later, Luigi Moretti. Lucio Fabbri
Lucio Fabbri (born 25 March 1955) is an Italian composer, conductor, arranger, producer and multi-instrumentalist. Born in Crema, Lombardy, Fabbri graduated in violin and then in the early 1970s he was a member of the progressive rock groups Il Pacco and Piazza delle Erbe. After these experiences he worked as a session musician for several artists, including Roberto Vecchioni, Claudio Rocchi, and Eugenio Finardi, with whom he composed the hit "La radio". In 1978 Fabbri made his solo debut with the instrumental album ''Amarena'', and the same year he became a member of Premiata Forneria Marconi as violinist and keyboardist.
