History The concession for XHNZI was awarded on October 28, 1994, to Javier Moreno Valle, a Mexico City businessman who would found XHTVM-TV in Mexico City and a Ciudad Juárez radio station. The station's concession passed to Claudia Elena Lizárraga Verdugo in 2008. Grupo Radio Guaymas transferred operation of the station to Grupo Larsa Comunicaciones, a dominant radio broadcaster in Sonora, in 2017; Larsa immediately dropped the La Reyna del Cobre name and format for its own Toño adult hits format. Nacozari De García
Nacozari de García is a small mining town surrounded by the Nacozari de García Municipality in the northeast of the Mexican state of Sonora. Geography The municipal seat had a population of 11,193 in 2000. It is located at an elevation of 1,040 meters. The municipal area is 3,069.52 km² with a population of 14,363 registered in 2000. The land is mountainous and is part of the spurs of the Sierra Madre Occidental mountains. There is a reservoir La Angostura, which dams up the Río Bavispe. XHTVM-TDT (virtual channel 40) is a television station in Mexico City, owned by Televisora del Valle de México and operated by TV Azteca. It is branded as ''adn40'' and available over the air in much of Mexico on TV Azteca's transmitters. Programming generally consists of news and informational shows. History Concession, sign-on and early years On June 28, 1991, the Diario Oficial de la Federación announced that channel 40 in Mexico City was open to be an independent commercial television station. The new station would have its transmitter located on Cerro del Chiquihuite, and it would have an effective radiated power of 5,000 kW; a callsign of XHEXI-TV, never to be used on air, was also assigned at this time. XHEPR-FM (99.1 Hertz, MHz) is a Mexican radio station in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua (state), Chihuahua, Mexico. It is owned by Grupo Radiorama. XHEPR-FM's transmitter is located south of Ciudad Juárez in the Sierra Presidio mountain range. History XHEPR's concession was awarded to Javier Moreno Valle, a Mexican businessman and founder of Mexico City television station XHTVM-TV, on September 30, 1994. In 2000, Moreno Valle, facing difficulty with a dispute over the Mexico City station, sold the station to Radio Integral, S.A. de C.V. (Grupo ACIR), which had already been operating the station as grupera "La Comadre".
