The Federal Telecommunications Institute ( Spanish: ''Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones''; abbreviated as IFT and incorrectly referred to as IFETEL) is an independent government agency of Mexico charged with the regulation of telecommunications and broadcasting services. It was owned by Celia María Rovirosa González and originally broadcast on 100.1 MHz. XHRTM-FM is a radio station on 99.5 FM in Macuspana, Tabasco Macuspana is a city in Macuspana Municipality in the south-central part of the state of Tabasco in southeastern Mexico.
