By the 1980s, it had moved to 950 kHz and taken on the XEMEX calls. XHMEX-FM was authorized in 1994. It was transferred to Emisoras de Zapotlán in 1999. Ciudad Guzmán (also known as simply Guzmán) is a city in the Mexico, Mexican States of Mexico, state of Jalisco. It is south of Guadalajara, at a height of above sea level. Its population totaled 97,750 in the 2010 census, ranking as the eighth-largest city in the state. History Radiorama was founded on December 9, 1970, by Javier Pérez de Anda and Adrián Pereda López.
