X-Faktor
''X-Faktor'' is the Hungarian version of ''The X Factor'', a show originating from the United Kingdom. It is a television music talent show contested by aspiring pop singers drawn from public auditions. The show premiered in 2010 and it continues its success nowadays in the eleventh series. The original judging panel consisted of Feró Nagy, Miklós Malek, Ildikó Keresztes and Péter Geszti. Róbert Szikora, Gabi Tóth, and Róbert Alföldi joined the judging panel in the Fourth series replacing Nagy, Malek and Ildikó Keresztes, who left the show after the Third series, due to career commitments. In series 5br>Little G Weeviltook the place of original judge Geszti, who left the show to focus on his music career. In 2015 RTL Klub did not order a new season, instead they aired the first series of Hungary's Got Talent. Gabi Tóth
Gabriella Tóth (born 17 January 1988), also known as Gabi Tóth, is a Hungarian singer. She has been an ''X-Faktor'' mentor since 2013. Her sister, Vera Tóth, is also a Hungarian singer, who won the first season of ''Megasztár''. Life Tóth began her career in the Autumn of 2004 the second season of Megasztár, where she placed third and also achieved the best female artist prize for 2005. Her debut album ''Fekete virág'' was released in 2005. Two of the songs, the titular ''Fekete virág'' and ''Vágyom rád'' had music videos. The album was released in concert in 2006 at Müpa Budapest with a live orchestral accompaniment and an opening with TNT in the evening. A single, ''Szívemet adnám'', was released in 2007, along with a video clip. RTL (Hungarian TV Channel)
RTL (formerly: RTL Klub) is a Hungarian free-to-air television channel owned by RTL Group. The channel began broadcasting three days after its main rival TV2, one of Hungary's first commercial TV channels. History Since its start, RTL Klub has focused to gain viewers from the urban population. The channel airs programs mostly for a younger (18-49) audience. RTL Klub rebranded again in early September 1999. The idents consists of two elements (fire and water), with the eye motif being introduced for the first time. Miklós Malek (musician)
Miklos Malek (in Hungarian Ifj. Malek Miklós) (born in Budapest, Hungary on 15 April 1975) is a Hungarian songwriter, music producer and artist and television personality, who is a resident of Los Angeles. He has produced for a number of renowned artists. He is also a judge and mentor in the Hungarian version of ''X-Faktor''. Musical career Los Angeles-based music producer, songwriter and mixing engineer Miklos Malek grew up in a family of renowned musicians in Budapest. ''X-Faktor'' is a Hungarian television music competition to find new singing talent. The fifth series was broadcast on RTL Klub in 2014. Bence Istenes presented his second series of ''X-Faktor''. Róbert Szikora, Gabi Tóth and Róbert Alföldi all returned to judge the talent for the second time. Gábor Szűcs, a new judge joined them, replacing the original judge Péter Geszti. The series lowered the age limit from 16 to 14. Judges and presenters Geszti, the only original judge left, announced his intention to leave the show after the fourth series to concentrate on his music career. The three other judges returned for a second series with the new judge Szűcs whose stage name is Little G. Weevil. The original host, Nóra Ördög, was to return to the show for this series, but she became pregnant. RTL asked Bence Istenes back to host the show for a second run. Róbert Alföldi
Róbert Alföldi (born 22 November 1967) is a Hungarian actor, director and television host. He was the director of the Hungarian National Theater for five years from 1 July 2008 until 2013. He is best known for his numerous controversial theatrical adaptations as a director and for his television appearance in ''X-Faktor''. His art was rewarded with several national prizes and professional recognitions. X-Faktor is a Hungarian television music competition to find new singing talent. The sixth series aired on RTL Klub in 2016. Bence Istenes presented his third series of X-Faktor. Gabi Tóth returned as a judge for the third time. Laci Gáspár, Peti Puskás and ByeAlex, joined her, who replaced judges Róbert Alföldi, Róbert Szikora and Gábor Szűcs (Little G. Weewil). Feró Nagy
Ferenc "Feró" Nagy (born 14 January 1946 in Letenye, Hungary) is a Hungary, Hungarian rock singer and musician. Although not proficient on any instrument, he can play the guitar, the harmonica, the saxophone and the piano. Career Feró studied at the Polytechnic and earned a degree in engineering. He began singing in rock bands as a hobby in the 1960s. He became famous as the singer, frontman and songwriter of the band Beatrice (band), Beatrice in the late 1970s. He created a "phenomenon" with his stage style, doing long comical and/or aggressive monologues and performances calling himself "A Nemzet csótánya" (translated as roach of the nation") and being an outspoken anti-Socialist. X-Faktor (series 3)
This is the third season of Hungarian version of The X Factor. The first promo for applying was broadcast in April, 2012. Nóra Ördög returned to host the show. RTL KLUB confirmed the judges on 25 June, all of the four judges would be back for season 3. The show started the Fall of 2012. The producers promised it would be the best and the biggest season of the show. In this series the production used the new X Faktor logo and styling and also changed the judges place on the panel. First time it would be the rival show of TV2 (Hungary)'s Voice. The Voice would be a real rival, because Miklós Malek's sister Andrea Malek was joining to the Voice's line up. X-Faktor (series 4)
This is the fourth season of Hungarian version of The X Factor. The fourth season premiered on 7 September 2013 on the commercial channel RTL Klub. The show was hosted by Lilu and Bence Istenes. The original host Nóra Ördög left the show due to her pregnancy. The line up also changed this year. The only original judge, who returned for season 4 was Péter Geszti. Joined him on the panel Róbert Szikora, Gabi Tóth and Róbert Alföldi. On 16 December 2012 the show's host Nóra Ördög announced, that the show would be back for its 4th season in 2013. The apply for the auditions started on the same day.
