Wounded Rhymes
''Wounded Rhymes'' is the second studio album by Swedish singer and songwriter Lykke Li. It was released on 25 February 2011 by LL Recordings and Atlantic Records. Written in Los Angeles and recorded in Stockholm, the album was produced by Björn Yttling of Peter Bjorn and John, who also handled production for Li's debut album, ''Youth Novels'' (2008). Upon its release, ''Wounded Rhymes'' received acclaim from music critics, who viewed it as an improvement on its predecessor. It produced four singles, including "I Follow Rivers", which charted inside the top five in several European countries. Background and writing Li spent six months writing the album in the Echo Park neighbourhood of Los Angeles, while visiting the desert, rewatching Alejandro Jodorowsky's 1973 film '' The Holy Mountain'' and listening to Alan Lomax field recordings, eventually coming up with songs she calls "hypnotic, psychotic and more primal". Li Lykke Timotej Zachrisson (born 18 March 1986), known as Lykke Li (), is a Swedish singer. Her music often blends elements of indie pop, dream pop and electronic. Her debut studio album, ''Youth Novels'', was released in 2008, and has been followed by ''Wounded Rhymes'' (2011), ''I Never Learn'' (2014), ''So Sad So Sexy'' (2018), and ''Eyeye'' (2022). Early life Li Lykke Timotej Zachrisson was born in Ystad, Skåne; her mother, , was a photographer, and her father, (stage name Zilverzurfarn), is a member of the Swedish punk-reggae band Dag Vag. Her younger brother, Zacharias Zachrisson ( Vacation Forever), is also a musician. The Doors
The Doors were an American Rock music, rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1965, with vocalist Jim Morrison, keyboardist Ray Manzarek, guitarist Robby Krieger, and drummer John Densmore. ''Last Call with Carson Daly'' is an American late-night television series that was broadcast by NBC from 2002 to 2019. Södra Teatern is a theatre in Stockholm, Sweden. It is located at Mosebacke torg on Södermalm in Stockholm. The venue is the oldest theatre in Stockholm and is situated in the heart of the city. Heaven (nightclub)
Heaven is a superclub in Charing Cross, London, England. It has a long association with London's LGBT scene and is home to long-running gay night G-A-Y. The club is known for Paul Oakenfold's acid house events in the 1980s, the underground nightclub festival Megatripolis, and for being the birthplace of ambient house. Soundshaft also hosted Future, a regular night on Thursdays run by Andrew Weatherall and Terry Farley.
