World Rugby Women's 15s Dream Team of the Year was first presented in 2021 by World Rugby. They were voted by a panel of international past players and coaches, World Rugby Hall of Fame inductees and rugby media. The 2021 panel were Liza Burgess (WAL), Lynne Cantwell (IRE), Fiona Coghlan (IRE), Stephen Jones (journalist), Stephen Jones (The Sunday Times, WAL), Gaëlle Mignot (FRA), Jillion Potter (USA), Melodie Robinson (NZL), Karl Te Nana (NZL), and Danielle Waterman (ENG). In 2021, Canada, Italy, New Zealand and Wales each had one player in the selection; France had six players and England had five. There was a total of 539 caps across the Dream Team. Zoe Aldcroft
Zoe Aldcroft (born 19 November 1996) is an English rugby union player. She represents England women's national rugby union team internationally and made her debut in 2016 against France. She was named in the 2017 Women's Rugby World Cup squad for England. In 2021, Aldcroft was named World Rugby Women’s 15s Player of the Year International career Aldcroft's first full England cap came in the final four minutes of the England women's national rugby team's game against France in July 2016: she scored the try that won England victory. Alex Matthews
Alexandra (Alex) Matthews (born 3 August 1993) is an English rugby union player. She made her debut for England in 2011 and was a member of the winning 2014 Women's Rugby World Cup squad. International career Matthews first played for England in 2011. In 2014 she was one of the youngest members of the England 2014 Women's Rugby World Cup squad, having played in the final versus Canada. Matthews had returned from a hip operation just two weeks pre-selection for the tournament to win a place on the team. She played for the England 7s team, going semi-professional in 2013 and full-time in 2014 while completing her degree. Madoussou Fall (born 17 March 1998) is a French rugby union player who plays for Stade Bordelais and the France women's national rugby union team. Career The daughter of international basketball player Fatoumata Traoré, Fall had to choose between basketball and rugby and ultimately opted for rugby because she found it more enjoyable, even though her family was very basketball orientated. Hope Rogers (born January 7, 1993) is an American rugby union player who plays for Exeter Chiefs in the Allianz Premier 15s. She has competed for the Eagles in three consecutive Rugby World Cup's, at the 2014, 2017 and the delayed 2021 tournament. Early career Rogers began playing rugby as a sophomore in 2009 at Chambersburg Area Senior High School. Jasmine Joyce (born 9 October 1995) is a Welsh rugby union player who plays wing for the Wales women's national rugby union team, Team GB and Bristol Bears. Stacey Fluhler (née Waaka; born 3 November 1998) is a New Zealand rugby union player.
