The Guild of Fine Food (GFF) is a British family-owned industry journal publisher that covers gourmet food news. It was founded by Bob Farrand in 1992. All five directors are members of the Farrand family. Camembert (, also , ) is a moist, soft, creamy, surface-ripened cow's milk cheese. It was first made in the late 18th century in Camembert, Normandy, in northwest France. Tingvollost (established in 2003) is a Norwegian cheesemaker in Tingvoll, making blue cheese and types of cheese#Mold, white mold cheeses from cow's milk.
