Wisconsin Assembly, District 11
The 11th Assembly District of Wisconsin is one of 99 districts in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Located in southeast Wisconsin, the district is entirely contained within north-central Milwaukee County. It comprises parts of the north side of the city of Milwaukee, as well as the south half of the city of Glendale. The district is represented by Democrat Dora Drake, since 2021. The 11th Assembly district is located within Wisconsin's 4th Senate district, along with the 10th 10 (ten) is the even natural number following 9 and preceding 11. Wisconsin Assembly, District 10
The 10th Assembly District of Wisconsin is one of 99 districts in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Located in southeastern Wisconsin, the district is entirely contained within northeastern Milwaukee County. The district comprises several neighborhoods of the north side of the city of Milwaukee, including the Williamsburg Heights, Arlington Heights, and Grover Heights neighborhoods, as well as the neighboring village of Shorewood. The district is represented by Democrat Darrin Madison, since January 2023. Mandela Barnes
J. Mandela Barnes (born December 1, 1986) is an American politician who has been the 45th lieutenant governor of Wisconsin since 2019. A member of the Democratic Party, he was the state representative for the 11th district from 2013 to 2017. Barnes is the first African American to serve as Wisconsin's lieutenant governor. Barnes was the Democratic nominee in the 2022 U.S. Senate election in Wisconsin, losing to incumbent Republican Senator Ron Johnson in the closest U.S. Senate race in Wisconsin history. Jason M. Fields (born January 29, 1974) is an American politician, and a former stockbroker, financial advisor, and banker from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was a Democratic member of the Wisconsin State Assembly for six terms (2005–2013 & 2017–2021). Brown Deer is a village in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, United States. As a suburb of Milwaukee, it is part of the Milwaukee metropolitan area. The population was 12,507 at the 2020 census. History The Brown Deer area was organized as part of the Town of Milwaukee in 1835, and the first white settlers began arriving around that time from New England and New York, including some settlers from Granville, New York. In 1841, the Town of Milwaukee was subdivided and the Brown Deer area became part of the new Town of Granville. Gus Menos (December 5, 1920 – February 14, 1990) was an American politician and jeweler from Wisconsin. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Menos graduated from Lincoln High School and served in the United States Army Air Forces. He worked as a metal finisher and in turbine assembly in a factory, and in air-conditioning service; and was a "lifetime member" of the United Auto Workers union. The 4th Senate District of Wisconsin is one of 33 districts in the Wisconsin State Senate. Located in southeast Wisconsin, the district is entirely contained within northern Milwaukee County.
