Winai Senniam
Winai Senniam ( th, วินัย เสนเนียม; August 22, 1958 - October 20, 2009) was a Thai politician and parliamentarian who served in the House of Representatives of Thailand. Winai was a member of the Democrat Party of Thailand. Winai was the younger brother of the Deputy Interior Minister, Thaworn Senniam. He obtained a bachelor's degree in law from Ramkhamhaeng University. He also received a master's degree from the National Institute of Development Administration. He served as the deputy chairman of Phayathai District Council from 1985 until 1989. He was first elected as an MP representing Songkhla in southern Thailand beginning in 1992. He remained a Democratic member of parliament for Songkhla until his death in 2009. Winai died at 11am on October 20, 2009, at the National Cancer Institute in Bangkok, Thailand, at the age of 51. Ranot District
Ranot ( th, ระโนด, ) is the northernmost district (''amphoe'') of Songkhla province, southern Thailand. Geography Neighboring districts are (from the south clockwise): Sathing Phra district, Sathing Phra, Krasae Sin district, Krasae Sin of Songkhla Province; Mueang Phatthalung district, Mueang Phatthalung, Khuan Khanun district, Khuan Khanun of Phatthalung province; Cha-uat district, Cha-uat, and Hua Sai district, Hua Sai of Nakhon Si Thammarat province. Amphoe Hat Yai
Hat Yai ( th, หาดใหญ่, ) is a district (''amphoe'') of Songkhla province, southern Thailand. Geography Neighboring districts are (from the west clockwise): Khuan Kalong of Satun province; Rattaphum, Bang Klam, Khuan Niang, Singhanakhon, Mueang Songkhla, Na Mom, Chana, Sadao, and Khlong Hoi Khong. Bangkok, officially known in Thai as Krung Thep Maha Nakhon and colloquially as Krung Thep, is the capital and most populous city of Thailand. Songkhla
Songkhla ( th, สงขลา, ), also known as Singgora or Singora (Pattani Malay: ซิงกอรอ), is a city (''thesaban nakhon'') in Songkhla Province of southern Thailand, near the border with Malaysia. Songkhla lies south of Bangkok and as of 2020 had a population of 61,758. Despite being smaller than the neighboring city Hat Yai, Songkhla is the capital of Songkhla Province as well as the Mueang Songkhla District (Songkhla town district). Together with Hat Yai, Songkhla is part of the Greater Hat Yai-Songkhla Metropolitan Area (a conurbation with a population of around 800,000), the third largest metropolitan area in Thailand.
