Wilter "Sharky" Wee Palma II, (born August 4, 1982) is a Filipino politician from the province of Zamboanga Sibugay. He is served as a Member of the Philippine House of Representatives representing the First District of Zamboanga Sibugay from 2016 to 2022. He is the son of incumbent Representative Wilter Palma Wilter Yap Palma (born March 21, 1958) is a Filipino lawyer and politician from the province of Zamboanga Sibugay in the Philippines. Dulce Ann Kintanar Hofer (born June 3, 1967) also known as Doktor Ann, Ann Hofer is a Filipina educator and politician from the province of Zamboanga Sibugay. She is currently the Governor of Zamboanga Sibugay. Education She took up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the Ateneo de Manila University.
